Oilly Wallace will open the evening with some beautiful alto playing, accompanied by the house band on a set of swinging tunes picked specifically for this setting.
Later in the set Erik Ørum Von Spreckelsen will be joining on the piano adding some lush chords and new elements to the rhythm section.
Same recipe follows the second set where the well renowned jazz pianist and composer Erik Ørum Von Spreckelsen will open the set, and later will be joined by the American tenor saxophonist Bob Rockwell.
Bob Rockwell opens the third set - with a strong understanding of the jazz language and a long and admirable career on the jazz scene, we have here some of the finest tenor saxophone playing around.
The entire evening culminates as Oilly Wallace and Erik Ørum Von Spreckelsen joins him, for the final presentation of the 3 generations.
The full lineup of the night will be present on the scene playing some bluesy septet arrangements!
The New Social Jazz Community is comprised of musicians: Chris Andersen (drums), Emil Hornhaver (guitar), Valdemar Shanmugam (trumpet) and Samuel Kiel (double bass)
Upstairs we have the concert venue - the doors open at 20:00 and the live music will be going on from 21 - 24. Before and in between the sets, James Barry will be turning jazz records as well as keeping the good vibes going after the live sets.
